A cookery book with recipes for modern Turkish and Middle-Eastern meze and other dishes, including Turkish pizza and pasta, falafel, kofte and fruit compotes. Contains recipes for vegetarian menus as well as fish, chicken and lamb meals. Dishes are based on those served in the Sofra restaurant chain, of which the author is owner and head chef.
